Kinsey Schofield claims “it was an open secret” that Russell Brand was “too aggressive” towards women.
The LA-based showbusiness reporter said the 48-year-old actor is “in jeopardy of losing everything” after he was accused of rape, sexual assault and grooming in a searing 90-minute Channel 4 documentary which aired over the weekend.
“But the more I talked to some of my comedian friends they say ‘well it was an open out there secret that he was maybe too aggressive'. “I do think he’s in jeopardy of losing everything if this becomes a criminal case - and we know the Met Police is now investing.” This included a 16-year-old girl who alleged she had a relationship with Brand when he was 31, and an American woman who claims she was raped by Brand in 2012.
