"Every teacher that we’ve had, from my oldest to my youngest, they’re eight years apart, I’ve never had a bad teacher," says mother of two Kathrine Tondre.
"All it does is lower the amount of funding that’s available to our school district," says Dr. Veronica Vijil, Seguin ISD Interim Supt.
