She started with a mile, and now she’s training for her first full marathon.
and that usually makes my day. It definitely makes me smile as I run and when I am done. I feel full and energized.I tend to be a reactive person, and with running I have realized that if I am mad or upset, it helps me pause and think about the situation and react reasonably and not completely out of emotion.
I am happy that I have this as a release, as well as a good way to stay healthy, mentally and physically. I don’t have a manual to tell you that it will be for you, but I will say that it helps my overall attitude and how I approach things. I also have my health back and I am able to keep up with my littles. I hope that running stays in my life for as long as it can so that one day I can run a half or full with my boys.
