Fresh off of making the fourth round of the state singles tournament this weekend, Molly Martin showed no signs of fatigue has she topped Paige Piscatelli at first singles, 6-0, 6-0, as well for Rumson. The other key point came at first doubles where Vivian Braceland and Savannah Porter knocked-off Allison Hu and Audrey Wang, 6-4, 4-6, . Each tandem is still alive in the state doubles tournament, too, which resumes next Sunday with the quarterfinals.
Holmdel got its two points at third singles and second doubles as second doubles Ava Safari and Julia Sakalis defeated Riley Sullivan and Julia Swain, 2-6, 6-4, , and Alexandra Lapis defeated Isabella Rodriguez, 6-1, 6-3. These two teams have a chance to meet next week in the postseason as they are the Nos. 1-2 seeds in the Central, Group 2 bracket.The N.J.
