, an upcoming comedy feature from directors Guy Maddin, Evan Johnson, and Galen Johnson, has unveiled its first look, showing a gigantic brain that is possibly crucial to the story that will be led by, Rumours boasts an ensemble cast including Roy Dupuis , Charles Dance , Denis Ménochet , Nikki Amuka-Bird , Rolando Ravello , Takehiro Hira , and Zlatko Burić .
On the other hand, Vikander is best known for starring in Ex Machina and The Danish Girl. She most recently starred in Karim Aïnouz’s Firebrand, playing the Katherine Parr role. Her other film credits include The Glorias, Maddin wrote and directed Rumours with longtime film collaborators Galen and Evan Johnson. The trio most recently collaborated on 2017’s The Green Fog.
Rumours hails from Aster and Lars Knudsen’s Square Peg, with Elevation Pictures releasing the film in Canada. Meanwhile, Bleecker Street is releasing the film in the U.S.Little is still known about what the project will entail, but the film will be centered on the annual G7 summit, following seven leaders from the world’s richest liberal democracies as they get lost in the woods while attempting to put together an interim statement on a global crisis.
