Ruf has developed an LED lighting system for the 993 Porsche 911, enhancing nighttime safety.
Classic cars can be a joy to drive. The sounds, the smells, and the tactile feel of the materials are all sensations that new cars can't beat. However, the fun usually stops when the sun goes down, and you realize there's nothing nostalgic about old headlight technology., understands this issue and has developed its own modern LED lighting system for the 993-generation Porsche 911.
Ruf said the system has a plug-and-play design, making installation simple even at home. The company also said the system meets all necessary safety rules and is approved by organizations like the Society of Automotive Engineers., the former Porsche designer who penned the 993 911 in the early 1990s, to ensure the modern lights fit the design language of the 993.
The complete lighting system consists of two headlights, two indicators, two fog lights, two taillight clusters, and a center taillight, as well as all required mounting parts. It is available to order from Ruf's website,
