Rudy Giuliani's bankruptcy creditors are pushing him to sell his New York and Florida apartments 'as soon as possible.'In a filing in New York bankruptcy court on Thursday, lawyers for a committee of Giuliani's creditors wrote that the former mayor must stop wasting his funds with such 'recklessness.'Giuliani declared bankruptcy after a Georgia jury awarded $148 million to two Georgia election workers who had filed a defamation lawsuit against him.

'The filing also says that Giuliani has shown a 'blatant disregard' for a court order to reveal his income and assets to the creditors.The lawyers note that Giuliani has complained that their search for his financial documents is a 'fishing expedition' and wrote that conducting a fishing expedition is 'dependent upon the fish complying with this court's order.
