Giuliani called Judge McAfee a 'sissy boy' after he ruled that DA Fani Willis can still prosecute him and Donald Trump.
Rudy Giuliani has attacked Judge Scott McAfee who on Friday ruled that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis can continue prosecuting Donald Trump and other defendants, including the former New York mayor, in the Georgia election-interference case.McAfee ruled Willis could continue presiding over the case as long as Nathan Wade, a special prosecutor she was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with, was removed.
However, other X users hit back, with one pointing out McAfee was appointed by Georgia's Republican Governor Brian Kemp. Another asked: 'Did you open your medicine cabinet early today?'Trump is also being prosecuted at the federal level over claims he acted illegally while attempting to overturn the 2020 election result on a national level. He has pled not guilty to all counts and has repeatedly said the charges against him are politically motivated.
