Rudy Giuliani's creditors are worried that he will try to avoid selling his $6.5 million New York apartment as soon as he comes out of bankruptcy.'We are even more concerned that Mr. Giuliani has more shenanigans up his sleeve,' their attorney, Rachel Strickland, wrote in a filing to a New York bankruptcy judge on Wednesday.
Giuliani does not object to a lien being placed on his East 66th Street penthouse in the name of Global Data Risk LLC 'to ensure they are paid the fees awarded by the court.'In May, the court allowed the creditors to hire Global Data Risk to conduct a forensic accounting investigation into Giuliani's finances.
