Giuliani hasn't been able to practice law in D.C. since 2021, citing his suspension from the New York bar and continued claims he made that mail-in ballots in seven Pennsylvania counties were falsified to back Joe Biden and that a federal court should nullify the votes of millions in the state. It is up to the D.C. Court of Appeals to decide if he is disbarred.While Guiliani's claims regarding how each county handled defective ballots held some merit in the eyes of the D.C.
Giuliani, a former mayor of New York City, argued to the committee that he did not engage in misconduct while the committee said he failed to provide them with further details in his claims, instead arguing a "vague" alleged scheme by Democrats.
