The four-year-old was scooting along Deanmore Road in November when he was run over by the rubbish truck leaving a laneway.A magistrate ruled the incident was horrifying and distressing, but ultimately an accident."He's going to have to look at himself every day knowing that's what he's done," Fogarty said of the driver.
