Achieving good results in school is no small feat and certainly warrants a celebration with your loved ones.
According to the New Straits Times, the rubber tapper named Jaliusih, who lives with his family in a village near Kota Kinabalu, had to borrow money from the other villagers just so he, his wife and his daughter could attend the result announcement.His daughter Arnie scored a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point average for her STPM examinations and is among 75 students who received honours from Sabah Education deputy director Mohd Zaini Yanin at Kolej Tingkatan Enam Kota Kinabalu.
