Kate was spotted for the first time since her exit from public view earlier this week, when she was filmed smiling and looking happy while out shopping with Prince William.We've a brief update to bring you following the ITV News report that three members of staff at The London Clinic are under investigation for allegedly trying to access royal medical records .

Daniel Allington, who studies conspiracy theories at King's College London, said once Kate is seen in public by a large amount of people, the rumours that have swirled about her disappearance from public view will no longer"seem credible". It reports the staff are facing disciplinary action following a potential security breach at the clinic, where the King and the Princess of Wales were both patients earlier this year.

Staff at Hillsborough Castle welcomed Camilla as she arrived this evening, ahead of another busy day tomorrow.
