This signifies a shift from the previous practice where recipients had to personally visit their local Royal Mail depot to collect their parcels if they missed the postie.
The redelivery will take place on the next working day, ensuring you receive your package promptly. Delivery can also be rescheduled for a more convenient day, which will remain a free service. In the event that the redelivery is unsuccessful, the postie will leave another 'something for you' card specifying the available options for the recipient. You can then arrange for another redelivery or personally collect your item from the local customer service point starting the next working day.
