The LA Marathon is today! Check this list of street closures before you go if you're traveling by the race route from Dodger Stadium to Century City.

Glendale Boulevard from Temple Street to Sunset Boulevard will be closed from 4 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. Sunset Boulevard from Echo Park Avenue to Virgil Avenue will be closed from 4 a.m. to 11:10 a.m.Hollywood Boulevard from Hillhurst Avenue to La Brea Avenue; andSunset Boulevard will be closed from Highland Avenue to Doheny Drive from 5 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Sepulveda Boulevard from Santa Monica Boulevard to Wilshire Boulevard will be closed from 5 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Wilshire Boulevard from Sepulveda Boulevard to Barrington Avenue will be closed from 5 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. Finally, San Vicente Boulevard from Wilshire Boulevard to Saltair Avenue will be closed from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Some additional street closures will be in effect that are not officially part of the race course. Those"local access" closures will occur in Elysian Park, downtown, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Hollywood and West Hollywood. Residents who live in those areas will be granted access to closed streets.

The 37th LA Marathon kicks off Sunday, March 20, at Dogder Stadium, returning to its spring roots. This comes after last year's event was postponed until November.
