You've probably heard the news by now — portions of Route 30 and Route 222 in Lancaster County will be shut down all weekend long. Detours will be in place, which, depending on where you're headed, could take you through the city of Lancaster or along Route 272/Oregon Pike.

Police are asking drivers to be patient. The Route 30, Route 222 interchange is one of the busiest in the Susquehanna Valley.
NO DETOUR: If you want to take Route 30 West to Route 222 North, there is no detour for you. And, if you are taking Route 222 South to Route 30 West, there is also no detour for that route. However, traffic could be heavier than normal due to other closures and detours in effect. Please note: The videos do not have any audio. We also sped up the video in between turns to save you time.If you are planning to travel east on Route 30 in the area of Route 222, there will be a detour effect for you, which will take you through Lancaster City.
