Update: Route 3 remains closed in both directions after a dump truck took down wires and utility poles in Secaucus, New Jersey.
The highway remained closed in both directions as of noon Wednesday, and utility crews were still on the scene.The crash not only impacted traffic, but several hundred customers also lost power.
