The city also sees sunny days approximately 63% of the year, and from Brushy Creek Lake Park to Old Settlers Park, there are a range of outdoor opportunities for those who like to get outside. Comparatively speaking, the city's lowest scores were safety , amenities and transportation .Round Rock isn't the only Texas city to make it on this year's list. Others include Frisco, Lubbock, Abilene, Tyler and Sugar Land, the latter of which is located just southwest of the Houston area.
