Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter, Chelsea O’Donnell, was arrested for a third time in November while out on bond for previous drug charges

Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter, Chelsea O'Donnell, was arrested for a third time, just five days after she was bailed out of jail on previous drug charges.

The officer ran her name and birthday into his system and saw she was out on bond for drug cases out of Marinette and Oconto County in Wisconsin. While searching for weapons on her person, Chelsea removed a “clear smoking device” from her bra. According to court documents, the device had residue inside which tested positive for methamphetamine.

Chelsea faces five charges, which includes two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine and an additional felony count of possession of narcotic drugs. She was also charged with resisting an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, which are both misdemeanors.
