That scene was cut from The Mandalorian season 2, episode 5, but an image of the moment was released as promotion for the show. Since then, it's become a very popular photo, and it's even inspired fan art of Ahsoka and Grogu's relationship.
Seeing Ahsoka interact with Din Djarin and Grogu years after that finale was like finding out that an old friend is safe.
