'He really inspired me as an artist.' Following the news of the death of Burt Bacharach, Ronan Keating has reminisced about working with the legendary composer.
His publicist confirmed that he died from natural causes at his home in Los Angeles, as tributes from fans and peers in the industry flooded social media following the news, including Dionne Warwick., Keating and his co-host Alex Jones welcomed singing sensation Raye onto the show, to discuss how close she is to achieving a number one album on the charts.
‘The news today, sadly we lost Burt Bacharach, one of the greatest songwriters of our generation, I believe,’ the Boyzone singer said.‘I was lucky enough to work with him. He really inspired me as an artist,’ he added, before asking who inspired Raye. The songs on the track were backed by a full orchestra, featuring hits including Walk On By, What the World Needs Now Is Love and The Look of Love.
