'It's been sad, but I think it's the right thing.'
The radio host stepped down from Capital’s breakfast show in March after 10 years with the station, with former BBC Radio 1 presenter, the Roman opened up about some of the other reasons he left Capital, revealing that he was also suffering with sleep issues.
Roman also explained that there were moments he was “trying to spin two careers at once” with both TV and radio.
