Per Variety, Roger Corman has died on May 9 at the age of 98. He is survived by his wife, movie producer Julie Corman , and their children. His family has confirmed the news and released a statement, which can be read below: His films were revolutionary and iconoclastic, and captured the spirit of an age. When asked how he would like to be remembered, he said, "I was a filmmaker, just that."
