The popular band and singer officially went their separate ways.
Carla Harvey, formerly of Butcher Babies, performs at Welcome to Rockville at Daytona International Speedway on Friday, Nov. 12, 2021, in Daytona Beach, Fla. The Butcher Babies returned to the stage over the weekend for the first time since making official the split with popular founding member and co-lead vocalist Carla Harvey.The band and Harvey made her departure official earlier this month, although they had apparently gone their separate ways six months earlier.
“As you may have already guessed, it is confirmed that Carla Harvey and Butcher Babies have officially parted ways,” a post on the band’s Instagram page read. “Carla has been an integral part of our journey, bringing her unique talent, passion, and energy to the band. We are grateful for the incredible memories we’ve made together and the impact she has had on our music and our fans. We will miss her greatly and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
