Anthony spoke out in court during the hearing saying he disagreed with a mental health diagnosis from a certain doctor. A criminal complaint detailed why Anthony has been charged with threatening to assault, kidnap, or murder federal and local law enforcement officers. The complaint said when Anthony was unable to reach the Monroe County Sheriff's Office by email-- he sent them a fax with the same threatening message.In the detention hearing-- Rodriguez described Anthony as "an absolutely dangerous man who cannot be trusted to be safe."Anthony had weapons in his apartment including a rifle and a pistol that were both fully loaded. Anthony has not been charged with the weapons.
