Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — A Rochester man was arrested and charged for allegedly sending a threatening email and fax to federal and local law enforcement.
by Stephannie Joseph Rochester , N.Y. — The U.S. Attorney's Office of the Western District of New York announced Monday that a Rochester man was arrested and charged for allegedly sending a threatening email and fax to federal and local law enforcement .
According to a criminal complaint, Anthony was living with his mother in a Rochester home on Vienna Street at the time of his arrest. Anthony goes on to write, "You're done, you will capitulate. If not, you will suffer the consequences...BAFTE will be completely dismantled & abolished...." If those demands weren't met and if anything were to happen to his family after the message, he would impose a "hellish strategic move."
