Timothy Flynn, a devoted Bills fan, is traveling to Kansas City with his girlfriend, Lynn, hoping to witness the Bills clinch a Super Bowl spot for the first time in decades. He expressed 'cautious optimism' about the upcoming matchup, adding, 'We'll be there, and we'll be there in force.

Pat Duffy, another lifelong fan and host of The Break Room on 96.5 WCMF has been attending Bills games since he was 4 years old. 'It's eternal optimism, despite all of the times we've had dirt kicked in our face over and over again,' Duffy said. 'I'll put it this way, I haven't even allowed myself to imagine how I'm going to feel if things don't work out the way I hope that they work out. That's how I’m walking into this on Sunday.' Mike Dawoud, who also secured a ticket, is eager to tailgate with fellow fans on the road. 13WHAM asked him what it would mean to see his team clinch in-person. 'There will be no words to describe, once that happens,' Dawoud said. 'So, looking forward to it, hopefully the good guys will come through.'Duffy shared his game day attire, saying, 'I'm going to have my early 90s Bill's winter cap that I think every mom had walking through Wegmans in like 1992, and my AFL Jack Kemp jersey, which is undefeated in the playoffs so far, underneath the overalls,' Duffy said. 'That's what we're going with for good luck.' Flynn, showing off his Bills hat, said, 'But this here has gotten some compliments at the stadium, and it's definitely kept me warm. So yeah, figure I'll pack this into KC and lead them on.' The fans are flying out of Rochester early Saturday morning to give themselves time to prepare for the Sunday evening kickoff
