Former special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, who spent nearly two years leading the Russia investigation, has agreed to testify publicly before Congress on July 17. The announcement was made on Tuesday evening by Rep. Jerrold Nadler , chair of the House Judiciary Committee, and Rep. Adam Schiff , chair of the House Intelligence Committee.
