A second plane involved in the incident landed safely.Video shows a tall pipe suddenly bursting out of the ground at a construction site in Osaka, Japan, in a moment somewhat reminiscent of “Super Mario.” CNN’s Hanako Montgomery reports.A rabbi at Temple Israel synagogue in Michigan praised the efforts of the security team after a vehicle rammed into the building in an attack the FBI said targeted the Jewish community.The fatal shooting at Old Dominion University in Virginia is now being investigated by the FBI as an act of terrorism. The 36-year-old suspect was identified as a veteran who previously served time in prison to trying to help ISIS.
