Robbie Williams talked about his 'Better Man' song being shortlisted for best original song at 2025 Oscars before it was later disqualified.

The film was directed and co-written bydirector Michael Gracey and divided critics and fans for its use of the CGI character instead of a traditional actor.
The song remained a nominee for best original song at Sunday night’s 82nd Golden Globes, where Williams walked the red carpet. Speaking to“Listen, the rules is the rules and you have to go by them. It would have been nice, but also as an introvert, it’s another party I don’t have to go to,” he said. “I went through it, I’m on the other side. It’s all good.”
