No 10 raised the prospect that the talks could produce a breakthrough moment after months of negotiations with Brussels about fixingto ease economic troubles for businesses operating on both sides of the Irish Sea. The Prime Minister will appear alongside Ms von der Leyen at a press conference at 3:30pm, before briefing his Cabinet and making a statement in Parliament at 6:30pm.
