A rideshare driver is facing rape and kidnapping charges after Thurston County deputies discovered a highly intoxicated female passenger had been sexually assaulted.
Authorities were able to intercept and stop the vehicle shortly after. The deputy who intercepted the vehicle found that the driver had injuries from a disturbance, Thurston County Sheriff’s Office said.
