LUCENA CITY — A 25-year-old motorcycle rider died Wednesday after he accidentally bumped into a parked truck in Pagbilao town in Quezon province, police said Thursday, June 22.
Laurence Uy was traveling along the national highway around 11:55 p.m. when his vehicle slammed into a parked wing van truck in Barangay Silangang Malicboy, a spot report from Quezon police said.Investigation continues to determine the reason Uy was not able to avoid to truck.
