Singer Rick Astley revealed in his autobiography that he graffitied his dressing room sign at a 2017 benefit show at the Manchester Arena, leading to Noel Gallagher being falsely accused of bullying other acts on the bill.
" Noel Gallagher told me he'd had a bollocking" over the incident, Astley writes in his autobiography "Never."Astley and Gallagher were among the English musicians who played a benefit show commemorating the reopening of Manchester Arena in 2017. The show raised funds for a memorial for the victims of a terrorist attack at anconcert at the same venue earlier that year."It was a real honour to be asked," Astley recalled in his book.
However, there didn't seem to be too much bad blood between the two musicians, as Astley said he later attended "a bit of a party in Noel's dressing room," where he told another guest that Oasis' "Supersonic" was one of his top five songs written by Mancunian musicians.Billy Bob Thornton recalls recording duet with Johnny Cash: 'It was like God walked in the room''Y.M.C.A.
