With the parade leaving Bee Mill, Preston Road, at 1pm, the main roads in and out of the village will be shut between about 12.45-2.15pm.Motorists heading to the village from either Longridge or Blackburn directions will be diverted around the village, with the centre being closed off while the parade takes place.
Anyone visiting to the event is advised to bring cash with them, although tokens for on-field games can be purchased via card readers on the field, and likewise the bar will take cashless payments.
