Shannon Beador has officially been charged with DUI and hit-and-run following her September arrest, TMZ reported Friday. Both charges are misdemeanors. The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star’s blood alcohol content was allegedly three times the legal limit, as law enforcement sources told the outlet she blew a .24 percent after the crash.

While the judge dismissed one count of hit-and-run with property damage, the 59-year-old was charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more.Beador then drove for a while longer before parking her vehicle in the middle of the street, where police found her.At the time of the accident, the “RHOC” star allegedly had a blood alcohol content of .24 percent, which is three times the legal limit.
