The Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation is hosting its annual Super Hero River Parade and Festival in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month on Saturday. SAN ANTONIO - The Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation is hosting its annual Super Hero River Parade and Festival in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month .

The Rey Feo River Parade for Education will begin on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 6:30-10 p.m. at the Arneson River Theater on the San Antonio Riverwalk. Kids ages 6-16 will have a chance to participate in a costume contest from 1-4:00 p.m. and the winner will get a trip to Disney World. The contest will be limited to 100 entries.

The public is welcome to come and enjoy the live entertainment, food, beverages, beer, and wine. Before the river parade begins, kids can also enjoy face painting, superhero-themed crafts, and interactive games. There will also be live music and street performers adding to the festivities. Tickets for the parade are $20 and $25 at the door. The parade festival is free and runs from 1:00-10:00 p.m. The parade will also be livestreamed and aired on Oct. 26th.
