Central Ohio Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in aSylvonte Watkins was shot around 6:25 p.m. on Feb. 16, 2020, while standing outside an apartment on the 2200 block of Webster Canyon Court, located on the city's Northeast Side. Watkins and a 21-year-old man were both shot.
Watkins was taken to OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital but died from his injuries. The 21-year-old was taken to Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in stable condition. Watkins' brother, 21-year-old Sylvester Watkins, was killed two-and-a-half years later after being shot outside a Downtown nightclub.
