Greenhouse Coffee, from the owners of Michelin-starred Mixtli, closed in August. Now, Revolución Coffee + Juice is taking over the Olmos Park space.
Revolución Coffee + Juice has claimed the Olmos Park space that Greenhouse Coffee left empty four months ago. Greenhouse Coffee closed in August, less than a year after opening. Chef and co-owner Rico Torres , who also owns Michelin -starred Mixtli in Southtown , cited the location’as high rent.
The first USDA-certified organic juice bar is squeezing into the San Antonio market Revolución has the new strip-mall location at 223 E. Hildebrand Ave. featured on its website along with its other three shops in downtown San Antonio, Alamo Heights and Austin. There has been no opening date announced yet, but the brand has a “Coming Soon” sign hanging in the window, as first reported by the San Antonio Current.
