The five-mile stretch of I-10 from Chaffee Road to I-295 hasn't been resurfaced in a decade.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville drivers have something to celebrate – I-10 is getting some new asphalt.Within a day, there were 500 comments.
