RESTAURANTS may provide food delivery only in the time of partial lockdown, said the Prime Minister’s Office . “Grab Food, Foodpanda and others will be allowed but there will be no dine-in,” said an officer from the Prime Minister’s Office in a Whatsapp reply tonight.
