The following Dauphin restaurants were found to have violated Pennsylvania’s health and safety regulations between the dates of April 14-28, 2024.Inspections are overseen by the Department of Agriculture. The department notes that in many cases violations are corrected by the restaurant before inspectors leave.Inadequate handwashing procedures and failure to wash hands before donning gloves.Improper storage of food on the floor.Missing ceiling tiles and general uncleanliness in several areas.
Compromised Cutting Boards: Several boards were deeply scored and not replaced or resurfaced as required.
