On Oct. 8 a Knickerbocker Apartments resident reported a fraud.
On Oct. 7 an officer found a car with the listed owner showing a felony warrant out of Richland County. The officer stopped the driver near Huntington Beach and took the registered owner into custody. The woman was held for an extradition hearing and later turned over to the Richland County Sheriff’s Office.On Oct. 8 an officer watched a truck exit a closed business near Dover Center Road. The truck had no visible license plate. The officer initiated a traffic stop over the Westlake border.
