What powers did Milla Jovovich's Alice gain from Resident Evil's T-Virus? 2002's Resident Evil movie pitched itself as a prequel to the original game, offering more detail into how the T-Virus leaked in the first place. As the film series progressed it distanced itself from the source material, using the games as inspiration instead of being straight adaptations.

This virus can reanimate dead cells within human beings and animals, but despite being something of a medical breakthrough, it has the unfortunate side effect of bringing the dead back to life. It can also cause horrific mutations, though the T-Virus has incredible benefits for those who bond with it on a cellular level.
Increased Agility Once again, the first movie showed that Alice was plenty agile as was, including a moment she dropkicks a zombie dog after running up a wall. The T-Virus amped up those abilities further, including Alice being able to both fall from great heights and leap large distances. Resident Evil's Alice could propel herself away from large explosions and is even able to grab a pistol in midair after feigning surrender.
Super Healing / Immortality The T-Virus also granted Milla Jovovich's Alice some impressive healing abilities. She's able to shake off most injuries in both Apocalypse and Extinction, which includes being able to reset a broken finger or resist being tasered in the former. Apocalypse also suggests the virus has made Alice essentially immortal. She's killed by a piece of debris while escaping Raccoon City, only to find herself resurrected in an Umbrella lab shortly afterward.
Telekinesis Alice's powers seem to evolve throughout Resident Evil: Apocalypse - which adapted the third game - to the point that she's telekinetic by the end of the story. She debuts this power by causing an Umbrella guard monitoring her through a security camera to bleed from his eyes and nose while she watches through the screen.
