Springer Nature is seeking a Research Coordinator to monitor open access (OA) developments and inform the company's open research strategy. The successful candidate will track external OA policies, funding, and competitor news, analyze data, and disseminate insights to colleagues.

As Research Coordinator, you will monitor external OA policy, funding, and competitor developments, ensuring these insights are rapidly digested and disseminated to appropriate colleagues to inform Springer Nature’s open research strategy. As well as providing written reports, data analysis, and slides, you will update and maintain Springer Nature’s OA funding and policy database. Reporting to the Research Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across the OA team and wider business to support OA strategies and initiatives.
This role is offered on a permanent basis and is located in our London or Berlin offices on a hybrid working model.Monitor OA developments and identify key announcements, tracking external OA policies, funding, competitor news, etc.
