Lawyers are calling on a Franklin County Municipal Court judge to order U.S. Marshals to arrest the owner of the old Fort Rapids Water Park and Resort.
In June, Judge Stephanie Mingo issued an arrest warrant for Kern after he failed to appear in court to provide a plan to repair the eastside property. He'd to be held on a $2,500,000 bond if taken into custody.
