In his only full season with the Dodgers in 2022, Turner recorded 21 home runs with a batting average of .298. He also finished the season with a .809 OPS. The Phillies shed millions off their payroll earlier this offseason and were widely expected to spend that extra money on a star shortstop like Turner.
