The Ravens are releasing veteran quarterback Brett Hundley, according to Pro Football Network’s Aaron Wilson
. He was the fourth-string quarterback behind Lamar Jackson, Tyler Huntley and Anthony Brown. Baltimore needs to cut its roster down to 85 players by 4 p.m. ET Tuesday and it appears Hundley didn’t make the cut.
Hundley was drafted in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL draft by the Packers out of UCLA and has had stops with the Seahawks, Cardinals and Colts before he signed with the Ravens in May. Over his seven-year career, he has only appeared in 18 games and started nine of them — all of which came in 2017 while playing in Green Bay when Aaron Rodgers broke his collarbone. He has thrown for 1,902 yards and tallied nine touchdowns to 13 interceptions since being drafted. Now, he’ll reportedly be on the market for his sixth NFL team.
