Atlanta’s police chief is claiming that political motivations were behind the decision to bring criminal charges against six police officers who were seen in a video tasing and yanking a man and a woman from a car during protests in the city Saturday night—according to a report—even though the couple did not appear to be aggressive toward the officers....
