He returned to 5-on-5 play in practice this week and is said to be progressing well in his ramp up from his left calf strain on Christmas.As Stein notes, Doncic was able to return to 5-on-5 action in Lakers practice this week, and reportedly handled the ramp-up in activity well. He'd not played for the Mavs since the team's Christmas Day game against the Minnesota Timberwolves due to a left calf strain.
